Final Gravity is a quarterly print zine telling personal, human-centered stories from the world of beer.
Taproom subscriptions include 3 copies of each issue, and can be divided between taproom locations for one brewery. Taproom subscriptions are an excellent option for brewery taprooms, breakrooms, and beer bars. When checking out, you can select to have your issues sent with laminated covers to protect them in these settings, allowing guests and patrons to enjoy them while they visit.
Rather than a typical glossy beer magazine, Final Gravity is an old school, staple-bound, 8.5” x 5.5” paper zine produced in the proud DIY zine-making tradition. Issues are currently 56 pages, feature 7-8 feature stories and an art feature, and are full-color.
The zine mostly stays away from reporting and more newsy, industry-level coverage and instead features personal, human-centered stories more focused on people, places, cultural intersections, and the holistic ways we interact with and around beer. Many of our stories are written by beer industry professionals themselves. Yes, we pay our writers and artists.
The zine comes out 4 times per year. Subscriptions last for one year (4 issues). When you order your subscription, you’ll be prompted to select whether you want your first issue to be the most recent issue, or the next forthcoming issue. Currently, the most recent issue is Issue 11 (released February 10, 2026). Either way, your subscription will last for a total of 4 issues. We’ll email you when you only have one issue left to ask if you want to renew.
Subscriptions save over purchasing each issue individually!
